Please note: We accept exchanges only if the product is received damaged or a different product has been sent. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification. No refunds will be provided; eligible products will only be exchanged.

Items sent without submitting an exchange request and receiving prior approval from Candlkaar will not be accepted.
